Matravers School is an 11-18 Performing Arts School. We are on our way to being over-subscribed in the coming years. We are also a National Teaching School Strategic Partner and we are looking for colleagues who share our passion, drive and commitment to secure 'outstanding' at our next Ofsted.

Pastoral Manager

Required: ASAP

Salary:

Grade F  £19,446 pro rata

Contract:

Term Time and Fixed Term contract, 37 hours per week

Fixed contract until 31 August 2019

We are looking for a dedicated Pastoral Manager who can facilitate and manage all aspects of pastoral care, student welfare and guidance for students.

This is an exciting position which is central to enhancing the provision for our students to enable them to make excellent progress within our school.

We value traditional approaches blended with modern twists to provide fantastic opportunities for our students to succeed.                                         Examination Invigilator/ Reader/Scribe

£8.55 per hour

Grade B

The successful candidate is likely to be a person who:

Has recent and relevant experience of working in a School environment with students in a professional capacity

  • Is able to follow processes and procedures accurately
  • Has a good level of English and is able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
  • Has levels of integrity and professionalism

Start date:

During school exam time at different times of year

Salary:

Grade B  £8.55 per hour
